CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sports and physical activity sector, providing leadership, support and empowerment for professionals working in the industry. The institute’s vision is “To develop a vibrant, UK-wide sport and physical activity sector, led by professionals providing advocacy and leadership and working in partnership with stakeholders to help ensure the highest standards of service delivery”. All of our qualifications are CIMSPA-recognised and endorsed, meaning you will have full access to obtaining a CIMSPA membership, even if you’re studying for your personal trainer certification online. We are a CIMSPA Enhancing educational partner and we are an approved REPs UAE Training Provider too. We also work with international registers across the world, ensuring that your qualifications have portability globally.

Yes. We provide guaranteed interviews through some of the top fitness companies once you qualify. Importantly, unlike other training providers, we work with you to establish the route you want to take. We look at which companies fit your circumstances and guide you to opportunities and guaranteed interviews in fitness centres that are a match for your new career. This can range from nationwide chain gyms to premium leisure centres or locally-owned gyms.

The minimum age to obtain any of our qualifications is 16 years old you can start studying before this however you must be 16 years old upon qualification.

We offer all our students the opportunity to pay for their chosen course with manageable, affordable monthly instalments at 0% finance. The finance calculator on our sites provides you the opportunity to tailor your repayment to your terms. You can spread the cost of some of our courses as far as over over 18 months and you incur no extra costs. 

If you choose a monthly payment option no immediate payment will be taken on sign up and in some instances depending on what payment date you select the first payment can be delayed as far as 1 month from sign up.

You can sign up and start studying straight away by booking onto your course on our website. Simply select your course page and then follow then options to book onto your preferred method of study. You can then choose to pay immediately or with one of our payment plans. If you choose a payment plan there will be no payment taken at sign up.

The awarding body for our personal training courses are Active IQ, recognised and regulated by Ofqual. All of our courses for personal trainers are fully recognised by CIMSPA and REPS UAE, enabling you to register at level 3. We are an CIMSPA partner training provider with an "enhancing status" - this is top tier of recognition. Our UAE courses are also recognised by REPS UAE!

REPs UAE is Register of Exercise Professionals in the UAE. REPs UAE is a public register which recognises the qualifications and expertise of exercise instructors in the UAE. REPs UAE adheres to the Global Standards for fitness established by the International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals (ICREPs). This alignment ensures that the standards and practices in the UAE meet the highest international benchmarks in the fitness industry, promoting excellence and consistency. The Fitness Group Education is a member of REPs UAE.
